Recognition

The Full Story

All humans need to be recognized in a meaningful way for their efforts. This helps to build self-esteem and confidence. Recognition and appreciation are closely tied to how important the members or volunteers feel in the time bank. If the time bank coordinators demonstrate appreciation for their work, they are more likely to feel connected to the community and program, and continue their involvement.

Find here our tips&tricks of which you can chose one or more methods to express your recognition towards your members or volunteers. There are action you can take on organizational, settlement, business and international level.
