Time Bank is a structure for exchanging skills, competences and services using your own time as a currency in order to improve yourself and your community.

The idea behind time banking is quite simple: Participants deposit time in a Time Bank by offering a particular skill or service to other people. In this way, they are able to withdraw the equivalent amount of time and use it when they need some particular help or service.
